New Hampshire Flag Football League offers flag football to boys and girls ages 5-18 years old.  The goal of the league is to offer an organized, fun, and competitive league for kids to enjoy the game of flag football.


Below are some Frequently Asked Questions. 		 
   

  
 Q: When does the league play?
 A: NHFFL offers a spring, fall, and winter season.  Spring registration opens mid February each year and Fall registration opens mid July each year.  Winter Season registration will open in October.
  


 Q: Where does the league play?
 A: Spring and Fall games are played in Pelham NH.  Winter Sessions are played in Phanzone in Hampstead NH.
  


 Q: What type of time commitment is required?
 A: Each team plays 1 game a week (Game day is Saturday with the possibility of a Thur or Fri night game) and has 1 practice a week (Coach determines day and time)  Winter Season games are played on Saturday.  There are no scheduled practices for the winter session.
  


Q: What equipment is needed?
A: Your NFL Flag reversible jersey and a set of flags are included in your registration fee.  A pair of sneakers or cleats are good.  No metal spikes are allowed.
  


 Q: How much is registration?
 A: Spring and Fall Registration fees are $95 for the 5-6 Division, $125 for all other Age Divisions.  Winter Session Registration fees are $125 for the 5-6 Division and $160 for all other Divisions.
  
 Q: How do I register?
 A: Players can register online on this site when registration is open.   
  
 Q: Can I request to play with a buddy? 
 A: We ONLY accept Buddy Requests in the 5-6 and 7-8 Divisions.  We DO NOT accept Buddy Requests in any other divisions. To request to play with a buddy, Please email [email protected]  PLEASE type the age division in the subjest line of the email.
